The Strobe is ideal for entry level to vision and brain wellness. Add the Strobes to your existing therapeutic exercises to work on balance and proprioceptive function. There are 8 strobe rate settings, the slower the lens(es) strobe, the more difficult the task. We recommend you start on level 1 and work your way up as drills/ exercises become easier to complete.
