The metal pin is suspended and background is black, and we use the High Angle Ring Light luminate the end of metal pin, because capacitor pin has strong reflective. so the contrast is obvious.
Resistance direction discrimination
Light model: LTS-FPQ120120-W
The resistance only needs to distinguish the outline of the upper and lower connection ports. Select a square shadowless light to luminate the bottom surface. Outline is black, the upper and lower connection ports are clearly discrimination.
Capacitor pin inspection
Light model: LTS-RN9070-B
Select the high angle ring light to luminate the pin, because the capacitor pin has strong reflective, it will illumination the pin also the background is black, so the contrast is obvious.
Component pin inspection
Light model: LTS-DM120-W
Pin surface uniformity is poor, need to use uniform light to make the metal part reflective, improve the stability of detection.
Connector pin inspection
Light model: LTS-COX13752-W
The connector pins are not exposed on the plastic surface, the shapes and sizes are different, and the Coaxial Light emit vertically, so that the plastic internal pins are uniform and stable.
Mobile phone I/O terminal pin inspection
Light model: LTS-RN9610-W
Low Angle Light not only has effect on the pin part, but also can make the plastic bright. Using polarizer can make the pin and the background high contrast.
PCB inspection
Light model: LTS-2COXL180-B
PCB surface is reflective material, but the wire part on PCB is not reflective, surface is whiten and high contrast with blacken wire part.
LED circuit board glue point positioning inspection
Light model: LTS-RN17315-B
Using Low Angle Ring Light, make the surrounding area more reflective, the position of glue area is black to form a sharp contrast.
Glue on PCB inspection
Light model: LTS-RN15060-UV385
When the UV luminate on the glue, it has strong reflection, background is blacken high contrast.
