Thin lens MARK spot inspection  

Light model: LTS-SL083-B 

The MARK point to be detected is hidden in the product. The spot light has high uniformity and high angle light properties, and the contrast is obvious when shooting with coaxial telecentric lens. 

Glass bottle defect inspection

Light model: LTS-RN9070-W 

The product is glass cylinder, need to detect the convex points on the glass. Using high angle ring light to make convex luminous contrast obvious.   

Glass contour inspection

Light model: LTS-2CON50-W    

Need to detect the contour of the glass sheet. The glass surface is highly reflective and use the narrow angle coaxial light with uniform light spots to make the whole surface of the product bright and the contour is obvious. 

Transparent glass screen invisible line inspection

Light model: LTS-COX40-B

Detect the hidden circuit in the glass, the hidden circuit is thin and small. Use a blue coaxial light with short wavelength to shoot straight down and make the hidden circuit white. 

Surface defect inspection of glass sheet

Light model: LTS-COPA40-B 

The product is glass surface, use parallel coaxial light with good parallelism, the light shines evenly on the surface of the product, the bottom of glass is white, and the defects are black. 

Lens thickness measurement

Light model: LTS-2PFT6252-B

The thickness of the lens should be tested, and the side lighting should be considered. Because the product is highly reflective, use a parallel back light that eliminates glare and the contrast is obvious. 

Location inspection of clear glass parts

Light model: LTS-SL083-B

The product is small and needs to be used with the telecentric lens shooting. The detection content is contour positioning. Shoot with spot light and coaxial telecentric lens, contrast is obvious.

Transparent film crease inspection

Light model: LTS-2HSL18277-B  

The transparent film is reflective. The front lighting will appear light spots, the crease can not be fully reflected, use parallel back light to detect, which the crease is not obvious. Use the collimated collector light with telecentric lens to improve the characteristics of the crease, the crease is obvious.
