Inspection of the existence or inexistence of the pillbox straw

Light model: LTS-2BR15030-IR850 

Use the IR Bar Light to shine from the side. Due to the high reflection of the external bag of the straw, the straw will be highlighted, while the bottom of the straw will be darker without the straw.    

Defect inspection of medical reagents

Light model: LTS-2BR17530-W 

Using a color camera, Bar Light shine from the side with low working distance, if the reagent is not reflective, black impurities clear.

Infusion tube insertion length inspection

Light model: LTS-2FT7070-IR850

The Infrared Back Light is used to penetrate the product. Due to the difference in material between the infusion hose and the hard tube to be inserted, the twos show different gray levels to achieve the purpose of inspection.

Drug bottle appearance defect inspection

Light model: LTS-2FT7070-IR850

The spot light cannot penetrate the product because of dark product. Use Infrared Back Light, the bottom of the product can be illuminated white, and the dirty black spots at the bottom of the bottle will be black. 

Needle NG inspection

Light model: LTS-2BR15030-W

Vertical lighting will have reflective, the use of bar light at low working distance, brighten the outer surface of the syringe, that is white part, oil does not reflect, so it is black part.

Drug bottle defect inspection

Light model: LTS-SL083-W

The Spot Light irradiates from the top, the overall consistency of the medicine bottle is strong, and the defects such as dirt and rough edges can be inspected.   

Detection of impurities in medicine bottles

Light model: LTS-SL083-R

The strong transmission of the Spot Light makes the fiber impurities in the bottle highlighted with a larger gray value to achieve the purpose of inspection.
