The resistance only needs to distinguish the outline of the upper and lower connection ports. Select a square shadowless light to luminate the bottom surface. Outline is black, the upper and lower connection ports are clearly discrimination.

Capacitor pin inspection

Light model: LTS-RN9070-B                             

Select the high angle ring light to luminate the pin, because the capacitor pin has strong reflective, it will illumination the pin also the background is black, so the contrast is obvious.

Capacitance character inspection of components

Light model: LTS-RN7430-W    

The surface of the capacitor is rough, and the character information is concave on the surface. Low Angle Ring Light is used to highlight the surface characters, and the background is black. to highlight the characters.                           

Tantalum capacitor color discrimination

Light model: LTS-HPR100-W 

Use RGB camera with a shadowless ring light with accurate color temperature, it can highlight the real color of the capacitor, distinguish the three different part of the patch capacitor.                         

Capacitance surface character inspection

Light model: LTS-RN9070-B 

Using the principle of color complementarity, the same color is white, different color is black, short wavelength blue light source will luminate the surface, the product itself is black, the character is white.

Ceramic resistance scratch inspection

Light model: LTS-RN12015-W                         

The resistance material is ceramic, the surface is roughness. Select low angle ring light and the effect is obvious.

Resistance IC surface character inspection

Light model: LTS-RN4265-B                             

The resistance surface is smooth and the characters are concave. High-Angle Light Source can illuminate the concave part. The bottom is black, also the characters are whiten, so the contrast is obvious.
