Multi-area line scan light and tunnel line scan light effect contrast  
 
Scratch inspected from multiple angle, multiple direction light path have strong direction, obvious contrast between scratch and background.  
Tunnel line scan light have good uniformity, so that the defect homogenization, to make the contrast between scratch and background is not obvious.
